Maté Moray, Dean of the Dance Faculty, graduated from the Hungarian Dance Academy in Budapest.
He is a former soloist at the Győr Ballet and a principal dancer at the Israeli Ballet. Maté is a senior teacher and judge, both in Israel and internationally.
He previously served as the Artistic Director of the Israeli Ballet "The Project" at the Israeli Opera in collaboration with the Suzanne Dellal Center, the "Curtain Up" festival, and the dance school at the Bikurei Itim Arts Center.
Maté is an advisor, examiner, and member of various professional committees. Currently, he serves as the Artistic Advisor for the dance series at the Israeli Opera and the CloseUp Festival at TEO Herzliya.
